Chocolate Lovers Fondue Recipe

For people who love fondue and chocolate this recipe is the perfect mix to ensure that the chocolate lover is getting what they want from their fondue sauce.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) HERSHEY’S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup of sugar
- 3/4 cup light cream or half & half
- Various Fondue Dippers: ice cream, strawberries, pound cake pieces, marshmallows, grapes, oranges, pineapples and fresh fruit slices
Directions:
- Combine the Hershey’s special dark chocolate chips, sugar and light cream into a heavy medium sauce. This should be then placed into the fondue pot and stirred constantly until the mixture is hot the chocolate chips are melted. This should make around 2 cups of fondue
- The various fondue dippers can be dipped into the sauce using fondue forks or sticks.
